- Flexible Admission: This ticket is for a walk-through attraction, not a fixed-seat show. You may visit freely anytime during open hours on your booked date.

- Adult: Height 131cm and above (Full Package: 500 THB)
- Child: Height 91cm – 130cm (Full Package: 450 THB)
- Infant: Under 90cm – Free Entry (Ticket fee: 0 THB)

❄️ 3. Indoor Temperature (-10°C) & Dress Code
- Recommended Attire: The indoor Ice Dome stays at -10°C. Wearing shorts or short skirts can feel freezing cold; comfortable long pants are strongly recommended.
- Bring Gloves: Bringing your own warm gloves is recommended when touching ice sculptures or holding your ice glass drink.
- Slip Hazard: The indoor floor is made of real ice and can be slippery. Please walk carefully and do not run.
- Health & Safety: Due to extreme temperature differences, infants, seniors, pregnant visitors, and guests with cardiovascular conditions should manage their indoor time carefully.
