- Operating Hours: 10:00 – 21:00 Daily (Open 365 days a year)
- Last Admission Deadline: 20:00 (Ticket counter & entry strictly closes at 20:00)
- Flexible Entry: This is a self-guided immersive media art exhibition. You can visit freely anytime during open hours on your booked date.

📏 2. Age, Height & Special Concession Rules
- Adult: Height over 135cm (599 THB)
- Child: Height 95cm – 135cm (499 THB)
※ Height Adjustment Notice: If a child ticket is booked but the child measures over 135cm at the counter, the price difference for an Adult ticket must be paid directly on site. - Toddler / Infant: Height under 95cm enters FREE.
※ Compliant with the 1:1 rule: 1 free infant per 1 paying adult. Any additional infants under 95cm must purchase a Child ticket. - Persons with Disabilities: FREE Admission for the pass holder plus 1 companion.
※ Official disability ID or welfare certificate must be presented at the ticket counter to redeem free passes.
✨ 3. Exhibition Safety & Environment
- Sensory Warning: Some zones feature low-light environments, mirror floors, loud soundscapes, and strobing light effects. Visitors sensitive to flashing lights or motion should proceed with caution.
- Mirror Floor Attire: Mirror reflection floors are installed throughout key rooms. Wearing shorts or trousers is highly recommended over skirts.
- Safe Footwear: Running is strictly prohibited inside the exhibition halls. Please watch your step on uneven flooring.
⚠️ 4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Strict)
• 100% Cancellation Fee for No-Shows: No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted in case of No-Show on the scheduled date.
• Once the booking is confirmed and vouchers are issued, tickets are strictly Non-Refundable.
• Date change inquiries must be made in advance prior to voucher issuance; changes cannot be made once vouchers are delivered.

Present your physical voucher at the PADO ticket booth to redeem your admission wristbands/tickets.
