- No Driver’s License Required: Basic understanding of throttle/brakes is sufficient. Practice runs are conducted before hitting the jungle trails.
- Strict Age Rule: Children under 5 years old are strictly prohibited from boarding any vehicle for safety reasons.
- Couple Switch Option: For 2-Seater Couple bookings, both riders can take turns driving (switching at the midpoint break) if both meet the driver age limit.
Strict Non-Refundable & Transfer Policy
• 100% Non-Refundable / No Cancellations: Once your booking request is confirmed, no cancellations, date alterations, or refunds are permitted under any circumstances.
• Strict 10-Minute Lobby Rule: Minibus transfers are shared services. Guests must wait at the 1st-floor hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to pickup time. Drivers will depart strictly after 10 minutes of waiting; late arrivals are treated as an immediate No-Show with 0% refund.
• Extreme Weather Policy: Tours operate rain or shine (wet mud makes the trails more thrilling!). Only in cases of extreme severe weather where operations are cancelled by the venue operator will a 100% full refund be provided.
Vehicle Damage & Safety Liability
• No Rental Damage Insurance: Off-road motorsport vehicles (ATVs & Buggies) are NOT covered by collision damage insurance.
• 100% Rider Liability: Any vehicle damage resulting from reckless driving, overturning, crashing into obstacles, or ignoring lead guide signals must be paid in full by the customer on-site according to imported genuine parts replacement costs.
• Safety Waiver: All participants must sign the standard venue liability waiver prior to departure. Always keep a safe driving distance.
